In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

4 reasons to book
  • Staff praised consistently — Guests describe the team as kind, welcoming, and accommodating, with many noting they went out of their way to help.
  • Strong location for sightseeing — Within walking distance of the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, and near the Lepanto metro.
  • In-room breakfast on your schedule — Breakfast is served in your room at a time you choose, with guests praising both the food and the timing.
  • Well-regarded value — With rates from £89, guests repeatedly call it a steal and good value for the location and comfort.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Check-in window is narrow — Check-in is only between 14:00 and 20:00, which may be tricky for late arrivals unless you arrange otherwise.
  • Pets not allowed — If you're traveling with a dog or cat, this property won't work for you.
  • No on-site parking despite the amenity — The 'Parking' amenity likely refers to nearby paid parking, not a private lot or garage at the hotel.
  • One guest found the duvet unclean — While most praise cleanliness, a single review flagged an issue with the duvet, something to mention if you're sensitive.

“The location was marvellous, ideal for our needs, within walking distance of a subway station. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Ad Hoc, where we ate a couple of times. We also found a good restaurant at a reasonable price.”

8.4Verified guest

“I really enjoyed my two nights here. The rooms were luxurious and a decent size, with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet. The staff were very helpful and kept everything modern and fairly clean. Breakfast had lots of delightful food and drinks, savory and perfect. Being within 300 meters of Lepanto tube station was a plus, and the free Wi-Fi was fast. Parking was nearby and convenient. No complaints at all.”
